Reservation Policy

We accept your reservations up to 3 months in advance.

Cash and bank transfer accepted at this moment.

Cleaning service included in room rates.

Check-in time is 14:00 (2 pm), Check-out time is 12.00 noon.


Payment Terms

Once guest agreed to reserve the room, please make full payment for:
1- Security Deposit of RM100 (refundable)
2- 50% deposit of the Room Rate to confirm booking
3- Remaining 50% of the Room Rate, 3-days before your schedule arrival.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice before your schedule arrival will be 100% refunded.
